Activity Description:
Ladies and gentlemen, prepare for takeoff on a day full of discovery in the world of aviation. From exploring maintenance hangars and private planes to flight simulators and meets with professionals in the industry, your curiosity and passion for flying will be brought to new altitudes—quite literally, with an optional private flight and helicopter ride over Montreal with a pilot! The sky's the limit here at Inspire.
Itinerary Schedule
8h00 - 9h00: Check-in at Le Centre Sablon and ice breakers
9h00 - 10h00: Meet & Greet + Q&A with Guest Speaker (Air Medic)
10h00: Departure to MET Airport in Saint-Hubert
10h00 - 11h00: Transport
11h00 : Arrival at MET Airport
11h15 - 12h15: Tour of Private Jet Hangar; guided tour with site Director and crew + free time to explore and take pictures with private planes
12h15 - 13h00: Lunch (included) ; 3 cheese pizza slices, sides and 1 beverage
13h00: Division of group into 2
13h00 - 13h30: Teaching of the basic movements and techniques of flying
13h30 - 13h50: Q&A with a Pilot and/or Pilot-in-training
13h50-14h10: Guided tour of aircrafts, hangars, maintenance garage, photo session with and inside aircrafts, and more.
14h10 - 15h00: 30-60 minute Flight, Simulator OR Airplane Spotting Experience
15h15 - 16h15: Transport
16h15 - 17h00: Check-out & Free Time at Le Centre Sablon in Montreal.
Choose 1 of 4 options below (13h00 - 15h00):
Option 1: Private Helicopter Ride (+$300): 32 minute helicopter ride, meet pilots, get up close and inside helicopters, watch helicopters take-off and land from close by, learn the basics of flying and more ;
Option 2 (ages 14+): Private Plane Ride (+$300): 1 hour private flight, meet pilots, get up close and inside small planes, watch planes take-off and land from the runway, learn the basics of flying and more ;
Option 3: Flight Simulator Experience (+$100): 30 minute flight simulator, meet pilots, get up close and inside small planes, watch planes take-off and land from the runway, learn the basics of flying and more;
Option 4: Guided Tour of Cargair (no additional cost): meet pilots, get up close and inside small planes, watch planes take-off and land from the runway, learn the basics of flying and more.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed this policy to outline the terms of cancellation and make your experience with Inspire as smooth andn flexible as possible.
1. Cancellation & Refund Process:
Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. To cancel and request a refund, please email info@inspiremtl.com with your booking details.
Refunds are NOT available if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior the scheduled activity. This ensures our team can confidently prepare everything to ensure we deliver a high quality experience. Preparations include pre-purchasing your admission tickets and lunch as well as reserving your spot on the bus.
Exceptions may be made in rare or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the Inspire team.
2. Refundable Amounts:
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your entire purchase is refundable, minus a 10% administrative fee. This fee covers admission, software, credit card processing, banking, and labor costs. This fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover these associated expenses.
