We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed this policy to outline the terms of cancellation and make your experience with Inspire as smooth andn flexible as possible.
1. Cancellation & Refund Process:
Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. To cancel and request a refund, please email info@inspiremtl.com with your booking details.
Refunds are NOT available if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior the scheduled activity. This ensures our team can confidently prepare everything to ensure we deliver a high quality experience. Preparations include pre-purchasing your admission tickets and lunch as well as reserving your spot on the bus.
Exceptions may be made in rare or unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the Inspire team.
2. Refundable Amounts:
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your entire purchase is refundable, minus a 10% administrative fee. This fee covers admission, software, credit card processing, banking, and labor costs. This fee will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover these associated expenses.
